Neal has worked in business development for 8 years, and he started Affinity Management 3 years ago. He specializes in developing innovative acquisition and retention strategies, and supporting businesses in every step of implementation. Neal is firmly dedicated to his clients, and believes that being able to truly and carefully listen to them is an essential skill for working in his industry. It is important to him that he never assumes his clients' intentions, but takes the time to listen instead. Neal loves the ever-changing opportunities that a global market brings to him and his clients.
Neal has an incredible loving wife and one beautiful son. He is always looking for deserving community charities which all the members of Affinity Management can support collaboratively. Currently, they support Kidfest, the Humane Society, and the Hamilton Family Fund. Neal holds a BA in Commerce from Michigan State University.
