Sky Regional began as a start-up in 2011, operating as a regional carrier service. They were looking to undergo rapid growth in a relatively short period of time.
As a new company, Sky Regional needed to institute a custom benefits plan for their team, which meant additional information sessions and counselling, along with implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Because they had limited assets, the plan had to stay within strict cost parameters, but because of their recruitment and retention goals, the plan also had to be able to attract a large number of new employees.
We designed and implemented a group benefits plan that ensured competitiveness for recruitment through a strong retirement focus and continuous support for employees at all levels.
The group benefits plan, together with the employee assistance plan and group retirement plan, was communicated to existing and newly added employees through multiple information sessions.
Sky Regional quickly grew to almost 400 employees who we serve with personal communication and retirement counsel.
